Cancer is a serious and painful disease. What the patient has to go through to get healed in our western medical system is harsh and not many options for them. Due to all the drugs these patients have to put into their bodies, the side effects can be harsh and debilitating on the body.
Since being in acupuncture school for the past four years, I have seen how acupucnture can benefit so many people out in our world, especially cancer pateints. In our western world most people know acupucnture is great for pain relief, for a frozen shoulder, sciatica pain, etc. So when it comes to cancer patients, we are not legally allowed to treat the cancer, but we can treat the symptoms that they undergo, especially cancer pain.
